Weed Control Maintenance: We manage weeds growing in cracks along sidewalks, walkways, and driveways using precision string trimming.
Debris Cleanup: All driveways, walkways, patios, and decks are blown clean of grass clippings and debris after service.
Mulch Install
Starting Price: $300
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Weeding: All weeds in your garden beds will be carefully removed by hand or with professional hand-weeding tools to ensure thorough removal.
Edging: Garden bed edges will be freshly defined or newly created, typically cut to a depth of 1–3 inches depending on soil conditions.
Mulch Installation: Premium mulch will be delivered and evenly spread throughout your garden beds at a depth of approximately 1–1.5 inches to enhance appearance and help retain moisture.
Spring/ Fall Clean Up
Starting Price $200
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Property Cleanup – All leaves, sticks, and debris will be cleared from your lawn, garden beds, and outdoor living areas.
Debris Disposal – Collected leaves and yard debris will be removed from the property or disposed of in appropriate surrounding wooded areas when available.
Lawn Mowing – The lawn will be mowed and trimmed to give your property a clean, polished finishing touch.
Shrub Trimming
Starting Price: $250
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Trimming: Each shrub will be carefully trimmed to last year’s growth to maintain or enhance its natural shape, using hand pruners or professional powered shears.
Cutting Back: Shrubs will be selectively cut back, when appropriate, to prevent overgrowth onto walkways, driveways, your home, or neighboring plants. Only a healthy amount will be removed unless otherwise requested.
Shrub Health Maintenance: Vines, weeds, and dead or damaged branches will be removed to promote the overall health and appearance of each shrub.
Debris Disposal: All clippings, branches, and debris will be thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away upon completion.
